Thank you so much for this!! I'm having a blast with it so far. I decided to make a 5 mage group instead of a normal 5 man group w/ Maintank/heal/dps. This is probably part of my problem, but anyways, the issue is that there is a delay on when the remainder of my mages assist my main target. It's almost as if my main target has to be in combat before the rest of my mages assist me. I'm sure this is by design in your code, or no?

Yes, very true. At low levels, the party OFTEN is not in combat against the mobs. So mages won't shoot. At higher levels, this is very important to maintain, otherwise you wipe.
