MANY more lowbie fixes.

Mage water fixed for low levels.

You still have to set up Trade Dispenser, though. It defaults to NOT trading with lowbies.

Many low-level spells have been fixed.

Low level buffing working! Just hit the 1 key!

Backup your HKN file, and your old SM_Extend.lua file with all your toon names, so you can copy/paste to the new SM_Extend.lua file.
