I have edited MB_tanklist,MB_healer_priority,MB_toonlist,MB_followorder file as you said.
When I turn on the ScrollLock key ,why my main character can not jump. Can only jump when I turn off the ScrollLock key.
And in the meanwhile there seems to be a focus and follow problem for one of my toon.

That sounds like a mistake in the HKN file, my friend. Nothing to do with the SM_Extend.lua script.
Jump is 100% controlled by HKN file.
