so i level more chars for my team and the question is: how many clients can i play?
i use:
Intel(R)Core(TM)i7-7700K CPU @ 4.5GHz
16Gb mem
Can i play until the mem is on the limit or what should i look for?

You can run 40 boxes. You have my same system. It's not smooth at 40 boxes though.
