Anyone got any tips on any changes i can make to my clients that will reduce their cpu usage? I am having problems running more than 10 clients at a time. I tried reducing the frame rate, but vanilla does not appear to have a maxdps setting in the config.wtf file like I have used in the past.

Some things to try:
1) Disable Aero (google it) in windows
2) Use borderless windows (uncomment the line in the HKN file that removed borders)
5th gen i-7 with 16G mem should be able to run 10boxes @ 30fps
