First of all, I have the most enormous man crush on you. Over the past few years I've put 52 days played into grinding up two stacks of 5 characters and I'd always felt like I was the only nutjob in the world who thought figuring this stuff out was fun.
SO. First of all, as much as I love what mboxing can accomplish, would you agree that there are raid encounters that will simply never be defeated by a solo player? Razorgore is the first that comes to mind.
Second, HOW LONG have you been working on your script?? Holy shit man.
One more thing, If I started a subreddit dedicated to vanilla mboxing, would you mind if I put some written out step-by-step instructions with regards to your scripts? Your video guides are great but I know I'm a sucker for text instructions.
also I just created /r/VanillaMultiboxing. Let me know if you want mod.
K You're all set. Feel free to change anything.
sorry u/furyswipes_vg
Well, thanks! I've never been mancrushed, unless you count that time in the Tokyo train system.
There are absolutely bosses that simply can't be multiboxed, I THINK. Cthun comes to mind. But I'm reluctant to commit to that with 100% certainty.
Razorgore can be boxed, at least if you have two people controlling the raid. It's been done. I want to solo it, however, and I don't know if I have the skills to do that.
I tried the Prophet Skeram in AQ40 yesterday, and I'm quite sure I can multibox it, at least on vanillagaming.org.
It will require some specialized code, of course.
I've been working on this current incarnation of multiboxing scripts for exactly one year.
About 5 months of that year, I made zero progress at all, despite trying hard.
This is because I simply didn't know the fights, and didn't have anyone to teach me. You see, I don't raid. And I never play solo.
Sure, add me as a mod. u/furyswipesvg. Let me go take a look at the sub!
